Effective Date: July 21, 2026

Strada Made, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates stradamade.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

This Site is primarily informational, and we do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to browse it. However, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Through this service, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address (which Google may use to derive an approximate location, such as city or region)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths
  • Referring website or search terms that led you to the Site
  • Date and time of visit

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, health data, or government ID numbers) through this Site.

If the Site includes a contact form or email link and you choose to reach out to us directly, we will receive whatever information you include in that message (such as your name and email address). We use that information only to respond to you.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to collect the information described above.

We do not set analytics cookies until you consent. When you first visit the Site, a cookie consent banner asks you to accept or decline non-essential cookies, including Google Analytics. Google Analytics will not load or collect any data unless you accept. This applies to all visitors, regardless of location.

You can change your preference at any time by reopening the cookie banner (typically available via a “Cookie Preferences” or “Manage Cookies” link/button on the Site) and updating your choice. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, which let you block cookies entirely, delete existing cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is set — though since we gate Analytics behind our own consent banner, this is usually unnecessary for this Site specifically.

If you’d like an extra layer of control specific to Google Analytics, you can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information collected through Google Analytics to:

  • Understand how visitors find and use the Site
  • Identify popular content and improve the Site’s design and usability
  • Monitor overall traffic trends

We do not sell, rent, or trade this information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize ads on its own advertising network, subject to Google’s own privacy policy. You can review how Google handles this data at Google’s Privacy & Terms site.

We do not otherwise share visitor information with third parties, except:

  • If required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our visitors, or others
  • In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of business assets (in which case visitors will be notified via a notice on this Site)

5. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ default retention settings. Any information you send us directly (e.g., via a contact form) is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Your primary control is the cookie consent banner: analytics cookies only load if you accept them, and you can change that choice at any time through the banner’s preference settings.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to know what information is collected about you, request its deletion, or opt out of certain data practices. Even where not legally required for a site of this size and type, we’re glad to honor reasonable requests. You can:

  • Manage or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner
  • Use the Google Analytics opt-out tool linked above
  • Enable “Do Not Track” in your browser (note: the Site does not currently respond differently to Do Not Track signals, as there is no common industry standard for how to honor them)
  • Contact us using the information below to ask what information we hold about you or to request it be deleted

7. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information collected through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site may contain links to other websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
