The shore less traveled. A new coastal village is rising on one of Southwest Florida’s last great stretches of waterfront, beside Estero Bay, the state’s first aquatic preserve. We were honored to brand this 500-acre community, including the new Saltleaf Golf Preserve, Saltleaf Marina and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, all opening in its first phase. Starting with the name, Saltleaf on Estero Bay, we celebrated the natural setting and just-as-rare lifestyle. The Saltleaf brand needed to work in tandem with the brand we also crafted for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay. Both took a relaxed approach that was mindful of the evolving tastes of luxury audiences — and distinct from traditional luxury competition in nearby Naples. One game-changer: reframing Ritz-Carlton service as The Experience Studio, providing vibrant and place-inspired hospitality available only at Saltleaf.
